The arts have the power to be transformative for communities, encouraging the exchange of ideas and perspectives, empowering the imagination of adults and children, and enriching the future of our societies.
The Bukhman Foundation is dedicated to supporting artistic projects, particularly in the visual arts sector, that enable creatives, and the organisations that lift them up, to be represented, be innovative, and to excel.
We aim to bring complex and non-commercial projects to life, with a strong focus on supporting young and emerging artists, as well as provide project-based support and unrestricted funding to deserving organisations of all sizes.
Our ultimate goal is to broaden the reach of arts and culture, whether by bringing bold new work into the world or supporting inclusive cultural spaces, we believe that the arts should be a vital and visible part of every healthy community.
We focus on providing opportunities for early-career artists and creatives and strengthening the institutions around them. Our approach values expertise, long-term vision, and artistic freedom. We aim to help culture thrive, not only at the centre, but at the edges, where new voices can emerge, and new ideas take root.
